On this very day, September 17, people throughout the world gathered fifteen years ago in public places to show solidarity concerning the breakdown of the international system of economics.
Now we seek all those who Gathered then- what did you accomplish? Let’s tell the untold stories. For those who stayed home and told us we weren’t doing it right… you’re right! It’s your turn now, as more of the systemic failure becomes obvious.
Not to Overthrow, and just become another Oppressor. To change the Game. To choose an alternative path which honors Future Generations, with every step we make, we can choose to Underthrow the bad code, the old paradigm and the systems which are built to divide us and deplete our Commons. That changes now.

DRAWING A LINE IN THE SAND
We stand together at the Precipice…
— of vastly different outcomes, depending on what Path the people of this planet take going forward. Many admit the Barge of Empire has been heading the wrong direction in many crucial respects, while some commit Acts that provide alternatives, expose the misplaced machinations of power in contemporary Business As Usual or otherwise contribute to this crucial Reversal from a system unable to correct course, change its relationship with exploitation and regenerate instead in how and why much of the current active ‘operating system’ has been ruling crucial decisions in how our Commons are mishandled. The time has come to revise our codes of conduct, to consciously reconfigure the contracts and underlying agreements which form much of our allowed public discourse, expected outcomes and predominant range of imagination when it comes to evaluation possible solutions to multiple-systems collapse we are facing as a species, as a society and as a conscious presence on Earth.
How do YOU choose to Underthrow?
These solutions will only naturally come from every household, neighborhood, bioregion, nation-state, corporate community or other viable place where Care takes place, where living needs are met, where Organic Intelligence occurs— this Shift can be recognized. For some, the change is subtle. Their ways will not be affected tremendously if the trucks stop coming, the grid goes down, or the BIS determines viability of all transactions worldwide. Indigenous, land-connected and people who practice traditions which embody these practices are all around— yet they need support, we need more who follow these examples and establish viable alternatives to the destructive paradigm, corporations bound to share-holder interest at the disinterest of the Common Good. Who will speak for the Future? When will the Voices, Needs and Messages of Future Generations be embodied today, in our lifetime?
DRAWING ON THE SUCCESS OF OWS
The originators had crunched the numbers and had arrived at a means of enriching themselves to the detriment of the entire economic order- profiting from the processing of mortgages and foisting the actual payments of the mortgages on the backs of the entire international economic order. The ratings agencies were more than happy to comply and to rate these securities as being A plus. All those involved knew that individuals had been encouraged to lie on their applications specifically pertaining to their incomes. As we chanted at the original OWS marches, “they got bailed out…and we got sold out!” When the roosters came home to roost, the institutions were bailed out and the people were stuck with the bill. Income inequality was exacerbated and anger was fueled. Occupy met the moment in solidarity across the world. It caused a shift from a language of “debt” to a language of “inequality.” That shift took hold and has never given way. Although inequality has worsened since the days of OWS, everyone is now aware of the vast imbalances in our society.
From TRIAGE –> to TRIUMPH!
We who answer this call draw a line in the Sand. For every person, there is some point at which it went too far, something which touches their Heart which they will protect. Whatever our inspiration, however our Faith, Knowledge and Belief intersect— we find motivation to put our differences aside, to co-create what will only get harder to make the longer we wait, a collective about-face in many respects, a break-down/break-through for many, as we practice and perfect the process of bringing people, including ourselves, through a “Triage to Triumph” trajectory— that we can better show up for the work ahead.
Our very brightest minds in the United States of America had cooked up a scheme to process as many mortgage-backed securities as they could without concerning themselves with the mortgagors ability to pay. Now we call upon all sectors of the Human Family to lend your expertise, your heart and mind, to the challenges ahead.
